NHRA - National Hot Rod Association

The NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals conclude Sunday with eliminations in Top Fuel, Funny Car, E3 Spark Plugs NHRA Pro Modified, Mountain Motor Pro Stock, Mickey Thompson Top Fuel Harley and Lucas Oil Sportsman drag racing. 

Eliminations are scheduled to begin at noon Eastern Time. The complete schedule is available here.

Doug Kalitta earned his 50th pole in Top Fuel, John Force is the Funny Car polesitter and Todd Tutterow captured the No. 1 qualifier in Pro Mod. 

Steve Torrence (Top Fuel), Robert Hight (Funny Car), and Stevie "Fast" Jackson (Pro Mod) took home Wallys at the Menards NHRA Heartland Nationals presented by Minties, the last stop on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series tour. That trio will seek to defend their titles, while 2018 Bristol winners Ron Capps and Khalid AlBalooshi look to win again in Thunder Valley.
