Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge

The Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge brings competitive racing to qualifying at 12 regular season events in the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, pitting semifinalists from the previous race against each other in a pair of rematches, with the two winners matching up in the final qualifying session on Saturday.
With a bonus purse and bonus points for the Countdown to the Championship on the line, the Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge adds something new and exciting to qualifying during the 2023 season.

NOTE: Leah Pruett qualified for the Top Fuel challenge as the second alternate after Chicago semifinalist T.J. Zizzo and quarterfinalist Jacob McNeal opted not to compete in Epping.
UPDATE: Due to weather, the finals of the Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge were canceled. Clay Millican and Pruett advanced to the finals in Top Fuel, with Millican collecting the biggest share of the bonus purse after making the quickest winning run in the first round of the bonus race. In Funny Car, Ron Capps and Tim Wilkerson advanced to the finals, with Capps collecting the biggest share of the bonus purse after making the quickest winning run in the first round of the bonus race.
No points were awarded in the challenge in Epping.

NOTE: In Top Fuel and Funny Car, the Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge will run concurrent with the semifinals and finals of the NHRA New England Nationals, which will be completed during Saturday qualifying in Bristol.
