Rookie Tanner Gray joined NHRA reporter Lewis Bloom in the Wally Parks NHRA Studio via Skype delivered by Papa John’s to talk about his recent Pro Stock win at the Denso Spark Plugs NHRA Nationals.

In just his fourth start in his young Pro Stock career, Gray scored his first race win, defeating Bo Butner in the final. With the win, the 17-year-old became the youngest winner in NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing history and joined his grandfather, Johnny, and father, Shane, as NHRA Mello Yello race winners. They are the first three generation race winners in Mello Yello series history.
