Green with the starting line advantage, but Beckman has the lead by the time they go by the Christmas tree and never trails from there on for the win. He will give up lane choice to Hagan in the next round.

Cruz Pedregon is 52 - 12 in Rd. 1 when qualified #1. The last time the #16 FC qualifier won a round at this race was 2012. This is the first time Pedregon and Hull have faced each other in eliminations. Pedregon with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Hull drives into tire smoke and clicked it off.

Austin Prock is 23 - 6 in Rd. 1 in his FC career. This is the 1st start for Dale Creasy since Dallas, 2024. This is the first time Prock and Creasy Jr. have faced each other in eliminations. Prock with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. He makes the second quickest pass of race day for the win. Creasy Jr. starts to haze the tires and clicked it off. He apparently used up a bullet because there is oil on the track. Dale Creasy Jr. was charged with an oildown, #1 for the season. That will cost him5 points.

Ron Capps wins 74% of his Rd. 1 races when he has lane choice. This (#14) is the lowest starting spot for Paul Lee this year. Capps is 10 - 0 against Lee in prior events. Capps with a couple ticks on the tree and never trailed for the win.

This is the 6th time this year that Alexis DeJoria has been in the top half of the field. Dave Richards is 3 - 5 in Rd. 1 this year. DeJoria and Richards have each won 2 times against the other in prior events. Richards with the slight starting line advantage, but DeJoria had the lead by the time they go by the Christmas tree. DeJoria starts to smoke the tires and pedals it, she can't get it to hook up. Richards was dropping cylinders on the top end, but holds on for the win. He will give up lane choice to Capps in the next round.

Hunter Green is 2 - 2 in Rd. 1 this year. Bob Tasca in 2- 6 overall in his last 6 races. This is the first time Green and Tasca III have faced each other in eliminations. Tasca III with a great light and never trailed for the win. He will give up lane choice to Prock in the next round. Green is up in smoke as soon as he hit the throttle and clicked it off.

The #8 FC qualifier is 10 - 7 in Rd. 1 at this event. Spencer Hyde is 3 - 4 in Rd. 1 this year. Wilkerson is 1 - 0 against Hyde in prior events. Wilkerson with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. wilkerson kept it hooked up and hitting on all eight to make the quickest pass of race day for the win. He will have lane choice over Pedregon in the next round. Hyde is up in smoke and clicked it off.
