The April 2026 issue of NHRA National Dragster magazine, featuring wall-to-wall race coverage and great feature stories, is now online in digital format and in the mail in its traditional print format to NHRA Members around the world.

It has been a busy month, and the issue is packed with racing coverage from just about every series that NHRA offers. From the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, there’s coverage of Shawn Langon’s triple-up Top Fuel win at the FMP NHRA Arizona Nationals presented by NGK Spark Plugs in super-heated Phoenix weather and track conditions, while the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals was the other weather extreme, with teammates Tony Stewart and Matt Hagan winning after a rain-delayed Sunday start.

Columnists Phil Burgess and Brian Lohnes take you behind the scenes for stories and insight into how those two races went into the history book, and Pomona Pro Stock winner Greg Anderson talks about his Winternationals win and his heated rivalry with teammate Dallas Glenn.

The first of four SPORTSnationals events, the Laris Motorsports Insurance NHRA Cajun SPORTSnationals from No Problem Raceway in Louisiana, offered big fun down on the bayou.

From the divisional level of the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, there’s coast-to-coast race highlights from Divisions 2, 4, and 7, including the Snyder Sportsman Classic event in Pomona.

Setting the Wayback Machine for the NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series, the issue also covers the famed March Meet as well as the Tucson Drag Reunion event.

The issue is also crammed with cool feature stories, including one on the Eastburn siblings, Josh and Jessica, who each took home a Division 1 championship last season, a salute to our Sportsman racer of the Month, and an entertaining column from Luke Bogacki talking about great pit-area thrashes he’s seen. The issue also takes a look at the recently announced Pro Stock rules changes, and the monthly Racing Technology column shares tips on how to maximize your tow vehicle’s performance.

We’re also unveiling the 2026 sponsors of our popular Be A Winner, Be A Member program, including an exciting new grand prize.
