Super Stock Jeff Longhany was the recipient of the Holley EFI Never Rest Award at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals.

“We were getting ready to pull out [to head to the race] and realized our fully stocked refrigerator had quit, so we had to fill multiple coolers with all of our food and roll on,” he said. “Then we woke up in staging to find that the generator on the motorhome broke overnight. In the first qualifying session, the car stumbled, and we had to miss the second qualifying run to fix the car. We could have just turned around and left Thursday morning but decided to stay and tough it out. It’s been a hot one, but one we will never forget!!”
