The June issue of NHRA National Dragster, featuring coverage of the Gerber Collision & Glass Route 66 NHRA Nationals presented by Peak and NHRA New England Nationals, is now online in digital format and in the mail in its traditional print format to NHRA Members around the world.
In addition to burnout to turnout coverage of both pivotal events in the midst of the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series regular season, our columnists salute Brittany Force’s barrage of 340-mph speeds in Epping and why "Speed Never Lies," and the great new traditions emerging at NHRA national events.
We’ve got an exclusive interview with fast-rising Funny Car rookie Spencer Hyde and a profile on the multi-generational Comp team that is Dean and Kevin Carter.
The issue also profiles June’s National Dragster Racer of the Month, Nathan Prose, and follows NHRA Be A Winner, Be A Member grand-prize winner Scott Parks’ trip through the Frank Hawley Drag Racing School in Las Vegas.
There’s also complete NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series coverage from across the country and NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series action.
Finally, in our monthly look back at the planting of the seeds of NHRA’s beginning, we salute Hot Rod magazine’s pivotal role in helping carry Wally Parks’ mission to the masses.
