Two-time world champion Anthony Bertozzi claimed his 34th NHRA title by beating Rusty Baxter in the final of Right Trailers Top Dragster. Bertozzi was nearly unstoppable with a .010 light and a 6.156 on his 6.13 dial, although Baxter was able to hold his own with a .016 light.
