Battle lines drawn for GETTRX Pro Stock NHRA Allstar Callout

Callouts made for Saturday's $40,000 to win GETTRX Pro Stock NHRA All-Star Callout with the KB Titan and Elite Motorsports rivalry taking center stage.

It normally doesn’t take much for rival NHRA Pro Stock teams to take issue with each other although the $40,000 sweetener provided by the GETTRX Pro Stock NHRA All-Star Callout which will take place on Saturday at Summit Racing Equipment Motorsports Park.

The pairings have been set for the specialty event, where the best Pro Stock racers will battle for bragging rights, and the large cash purse. On Friday, the calllouts began and not surprisingly, the KB Titan and Elite Motorsports teams will take center stage. 

As many anticipated, top seed Greg Anderson, who drives the HendrickCars.com Camaro selected rival Erica Enders for the first-round matchup that features two of the most successful racers in the history of the class.

KB Titan’s Dallas Glenn had the second pick, and he selected Elite’s Troy Coughlin Jr., while Matt Hartford chose KB Titan teammate Eric Latino. In the final pair, Aaron Stanfield selected his Elite team member Jeg Coughlin Jr. to solidify the field.

The driver with the quickest winning run in the first round also gets to select their semifinal opponent. The first round of the GETTRX Pro Stock All-Star Callout is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, with the semifinals at 1:20 p.m. and the finals at 3:50 p.m. The Callout will be broadcast at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday on FS1.
