Powerbuilt Tools joins Jim Dunn Racing for 2023 NHRA Funny Car season
Powerbuilt Tools of Southern California is joining Jim Dunn Racing as an associate sponsor for the full 2023 season. The tool manufacturer, no stranger to NHRA Drag Racing, has worked with NHRA competitor and new Dunn driver Alex Laughlin the past several years and is excited about his jump to the Funny Car class with the historic team.
Powerbuilt Tools will be an associate sponsor of the Jim Dunn Racing team all season, with logos on the car and crewmembers utilizing their products in their pit area.
After following Laughlin through his career advancements in Pro Stock, Pro Mod, Street Outlaws, Top Fuel, and now Funny Car, Powerbuilt Tools has high expectations for this season.

Jim Dunn Racing recently tested and licensed Laughlin in its Funny Car at Famoso Dragstrip in Bakersfield and will load up to transport the Funny Car and equipment for the season-opening Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals.
