Tyler Caheely has now won three NHRA national event titles, and all three have come at Bristol Dragway. Caheely won the double-breakout Top Sportsman presented by Vortech Superchargers final against Cole Prejean by driving his Cavalier to a 6.811 on his 6.82 dial. Prejean probably deserved a better fate after cutting a .002 light in the quarterfinals and a .001 in the semi’s.
