Qualifying concludes at the NHRA New England Nationals with a new start time because of impending weather. Racing begins with Sportsman cars on the track at 9:15 a.m. is followed by Mello Yello pro qualifying at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Racing will feature the final stop on the Mountain Motor Pro Stock tour, another round of action in Mickey Thompson Top Fuel Harley and qualifying in Funny Car and Top Fuel.

Clay Millican put his Parts Plus / Laris Motorsports Insurance Top Fuel dragster in pole position on Friday evening despite only making one run. He's looking for his second pole of the season and his first victory. He has a couple of Kalitta Motorsports Top Fuelers chasing him down.

Defending world champion J.R. Todd made the best lap in Funny Car and is also looking for his second No. 1 qualifier of 2019. He has one victory on the season, which came back in April at the Denso Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in Las Vegas. Todd made a pair of solid runs, but it was his second that earned him three bonus points and the pole -- for now. Ron Capps also made a pair of terrific runs.

You can catch the next FS1 television broadcast, Saturday Night Nitro, at 2 p.m. Eastern. All the action is broadcast live on NHRA.tv, and the full TV schedule is available here at any time.
