Mopar Express Lane NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil

The NHRA Countdown to the Championship begins at the Mopar Express Lane NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil with 40 racers in the hunt for a championship. Professional qualifying kicks off with a pair of sessions in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle at Maple Grove Raceway.

The first qualifying session begins at 2 p.m. Eastern with Pro Stock Motorcycle. Hector Arana Jr. enters as the defending champion in Pro Stock Motorcycle. Vincent Nobile is the defending winner in Pro Stock, J.R. Todd is the defending winner in Funny Car and Steve Torrence is the defending winner in Top Fuel.
