Cottrell gears up for NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series-opening March Meet
Bobby Cottrell joined NHRA reporter Lewis Bloom via Skype in the Wally Parks NHRA Studio delivered by Papa John’s to talk about the upcoming 60th annual March Meet taking place this weekend at Auto Club Raceway Famoso.

Cottrell will be competing in Nostalgia Funny Car, driving for Northwest Top Alcohol Funny Car legend Bucky Austin. The race kicks off the 2018 NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series which ended last year at Famoso for Cottrell with a race win in Funny Car and a series championship in the 7.0 Pro class.
Cottrell not only talks about his excitement for the March Meet also his race shop in Southern California and his ultimate goals in drag racing.
