Tickets for the sixth annual NHRA New England Nationals are on sale now to the general public for the event taking place July 6-8 at New England Dragway in Epping N.H. The action packed event moves to July for the 2018 season and allows for NHRA fans to extend their 4th of July holiday week with thrilling NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series action.

The NHRA New England Nationals is the 13th of 24 events during the 2018 season and kicks off the second half of the grueling year. Teams will be aiming for success in front of the huge fanbase in the New England area that have an event to call their own. The fans have responded in resounding fashion over the previous five years, bringing a packed house to New England Dragway to witness the incredible thrills of the ground-shaking 10,000-horsepower machines.

Last season Brittany Force (Top Fuel) and Erica Enders (Pro Stock) showed the continued diversity of NHRA racing as they took home victories in their respective categories. Matt Hagan defeated Courtney Force for the win in the ultracompetitive Funny Car class.

The event also will feature thrilling competition in the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series as well as the Mickey Thompson Tires Top Fuel Harley Drag Racing Series.

As always, fans will have the opportunity to interact with their favorite drivers as they’re granted an exclusive pit pass to the most powerful and sensory-filled motorsports attraction on the planet. This unique opportunity in motorsports gives fans direct access to the teams, allowing them to see firsthand the highly-skilled mechanics service their hot rods between rounds, and get autographs from their favorite NHRA drivers.

Fans also will want to visit NHRA’s popular Nitro Alley and Manufacturer’s Midway, where sponsors and race vendors create a carnival atmosphere, with interactive displays, simulated competitions, merchandise, food and fun for the entire family.

Mello Yello Drag Racing Series qualifying will feature two rounds of qualifying on July 6 and two on July 7 with final eliminations scheduled for 11 a.m. on July 8.
