NHRA was recently awarded with the “Innovation of the Year” at the PACnet Annual Star Awards in Los Angeles following the creation of its new Team Ticket & Credential Ordering Portal. The PACnet Annual Star Awards honors top performers within the Paciolan community, with NHRA beating out an impressive list of competitors in the category for its new online ticketing page.

NHRA won out over the University of Texas, Virginia Tech, and the Texas Performing Arts in the category, showcasing a new innovation for race teams, tracks, and partners by creating an Eloqua landing page for ticket requests that go directly to the ticket office. The new ticketing landing page for each team allows drivers and race teams the ability to order tickets for sponsors, friends, family, and special guests in real time, giving them instant access for immediate requests.

It has enhanced the ticket ordering process, with the NHRA ticketing team working with all parties to develop a streamlined way for partners, race teams, and sponsors to order tickets, making for a much faster and more efficient process. Each race also has a unique link to purchase tickets for the unique hospitality experiences offered by teams, as well as race tickets.

“Developing this program for our partners and races teams has been an exciting process, and it’s an honor to win this award,” NHRA Director of Ticketing Scott Porter said. “It has made the process much easier and streamlined for our partners and race teams, and that ability to order tickets in real time has already been extremely beneficial. It’s been a great experience to work with the teams, partners, and tracks to develop this program, and it’s a platform that’s only going to continue to get better.”
