Top Fuel racer Joe Morrison featured in PBS documentary
New Jersey Public Broadcasting (PBS) created a series of 21 documentaries featuring people from each of the state's counties. Joe Morrison of Hunterdon County showed the Garden State how caring, and how quick, its residents can be.
NHRA Top Fuel racer Joe Morrison was featured by NJ PBS where his life as a racer and founder of the organization Right2breathe was the subject of the network’s digital film series, 21, streaming at MyNJPBS.org/21.
The new episode, entitled Hunterdon County, tells Morrison's story, whose father’s life drove him into drag racing and the creation of his non-profit organization Right2breathe, dedicated to bringing awareness about Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
"In doing stuff for others is really kinda where true happiness is. You can be the most successful person in the world, but if you're not doing something for somebody else, what does that matter?" —Joe Morrison
