Former NHRA Mello Yello Top Fuel champion Brittany Force had the best run of the first Top Fuel qualifying session at the Magic Dry Organic Absorbent NHRA Arizona Nationals with a tire-shaking 4.976.
Former NHRA Mello Yello Top Fuel champion Brittany Force had the best run of the first qualifying session with a tire-shaking 4.976. A number of Top Fuel teams opted not to make attempts during the first session, among them rookie Jordan Vandergriff, who earned his Top Fuel license three weeks ago at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park with a blistering 3.73 effort.
