With his victory in Stock at the recent Dodge NHRA Nationals, Peter Biondo, one of the premier NHRA Sportsman racers of all time, became just the 17th driver in NHRA history to record 50 NHRA national event wins.

Biondo, known in drag racing circles as “the Terminator,” defeated Michael Iacono in the final round to reach the milestone. Biondo, whose first race win came 23 years ago in Super Comp at the Chevrolet Performance U.S .Nationals, has won seven championships in three different classes: Super Stock, Stock and Super Gas. He also has won races in six different classes: Super Comp, Super Gas, Super Street, Stock, Super Stock and Comp
