Two-time Pro Stock world champion Erica Enders made a visit to the Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte on behalf of Speedway Children's Charities the Thursday before the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals presented by Lowes Foods.

Her first stop at the hospital was Seacrest Studios – named for entertainer Ryan Seacrest – a broadcast studio where she gave an interview that was seen and heard throughout the hospital. She then visited with several children and their families, spending time talking, interacting, posing for photos, and signing autographs. One girl, named Elizabeth, did a "face swap" with Erica on her Snapchat.

"It was an honor that Speedway Children's Charities chose me to make the hospital visit," Enders said. "I've been blessed enough to be given a platform to help others and to be a positive role model, and it's not a role I take lightly.

"It was great to give back. It was a really cool, humbling experience for me. It shows you what's really important."
