Paul Lee is 3 - 2 in Rd. 1 this year. Buddy Hull is making his 37th start and his 20th in FC. Lee with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Lee's car goes silent on the top end, but he holds on for the win.

Matt Hagan is 258 - 99 (72%) in Rd. 1. Blake Alexander beat Hagan in the Final round at Brainerd in 2024 and Norwalk in 2023. Hagan is 12 - 5 against Alexander in prior events. Hagan with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. He makes the second quickest pass of race day for the win. Alexander was dropping cylinder on the top end, but still makes his quickest pass of the weekend.

Ron Capps started #6 here last year and lost in Rd. 1. Alexis DeJoria's 28 losses against Capps are the most for her against any opponent. Capps is 28 - 5 against DeJoria in prior events. He will have lane choice over Lee in the next round Bode was dropping cylinder from half track on.

Chad Green is 33 - 38 (47%) in Rd. 1. Spence Hyde is making his 6th start. This is the first time Green and Hyde have faced each other in eliminations. Green with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Green makes his quickest pass of the season and race day. He will have lane choice over Beckman in the next round. Hyde is straight down the groove with his quickest pass this weekend and his career fastest pass in the losing effort.
