AMKUS Rescue Systems has renewed their agreement as the Official Rescue Tools of NHRA. This is a multiyear agreement and builds upon the sponsorship that began in 2014.

As the Official Rescue Tools of NHRA, AMKUS logos will be prominently displayed on all NHRA Safety Safari presented by AAA trucks, trailers, and team uniforms. NHRA Safety Safari has long been considered the premier safety crew in all of motorsports, servicing the needs of race drivers and teams in the event of an emergency situation.

“Our association with NHRA provides us with excellent exposure for our products and cements the AMKUS image as the leader in motorsports rescue,” said Kyle Smith, president of AMKUS. “We are looking forward to working with NHRA for a long time to come.”

As part of the agreement, AMKUS will make available to NHRA the latest in safety equipment that will be used at all NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series events and at all of its owned and operated facilities.

“The products and services that AMKUS Rescue Systems provides NHRA assures that our renowned safety crew has the most current and up-to-date safety equipment available at all NHRA national events as well as its owned and operated tracks,” said Bob Lang, NHRA senior director of safety and emergency services. “AMKUS provides excellent support and assistance to NHRA and their expertly made safety equipment makes a perfect fit with NHRA.”

In addition to prominent trackside signage, the company will participate in many other NHRA marketing opportunities, including official recognition in National Dragster, NHRA’s popular magazine, and on NHRA.com, the award-winning website of NHRA. AMKUS also will receive feature status in all pre-race parades at NHRA national events.
