BIO
Greg Stanfield is returning to NHRA Pro Stock in 2025 after an 11-year hiatus from the class. He last raced Pro Stock in 2014, when he competed in four national events, including the NHRA Finals in Pomona. Stanfield is a six-time world champion with five titles earned in Super Stock (2021, 1994, 1993, 1992, 1990) and one in Holley EFI Factory X (2024). The engine builder from Bossier City, La., owns Stanfield Racing Engines, which supplies engines to Sportsman, Factory Stock, and Factory X competitors in NHRA competition. He and his son, Aaron Stanfield, work alongside one another in the shop and race together under the Elite Motorsports banner with support from JHG and Janac Brothers Racing, and The Rod Shop among others.
