Force looked to be on the way to another strong run, but his engine dropped a cylinder or two on the left side and starts a steadily drive towards the center line. He finally has to give it up and just stays off the center line at the 1000 foot lights. John Force's incremental times: 60ft-0.903 sec., 330ft-2.274, 660ft-3.197/276.52 mph.
