Smith was quicker out of the gate and was out in front at mid track. Then Smith got near the finish, her motorcycle shut down and she sat up to coast the rest of the way down the track. At just about the same time, Savoie's motorcycle started letting out a lot of smoke and he slowed. Savoie will be going to the final round for the second time this season and 22nd time in his career. |
