Paul Lee will roll into 2023 with a new six-disc clutch system and new backers of his FTI Performance Funny Car when he kicks off the season at the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals.

In separate announcements, Kalitta Motorsports reported that it has signed extensions with longterm partners Fifth Third Bank and Revchem Composites.

The FTI Pro Mod Showdown award will take place during the qualifying and the first round of eliminations in the FuelTech NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series presented by Type A Motorsports at this weekend’s Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals.
