Jeg Coughlin to race against motorsports elite

NHRA Pro Stock Champion Jeg Coughlin Jr. will head to Charlotte, N.C., Wednesday for the taping of TNN's Raceday show. The program will salute the year's "Champions" and will air Sunday, Dec. 31, from 11 a.m. to noon.
TNN Raceday will crown its "Champion of the Year" during the show. All of the drivers will battle on an indoor karting track for the honor. Coughlin will represent NHRA Winston Drag Racing and will battle against drivers Bobby Labonte (NASCAR Winston Cup), Gil de Ferran (CART FedEx Championship Series), Buddy Lazier (IRL), Steve Kinser (World of Outlaws), Jeff Green (NASCAR Busch Series), Gary St. Amant (ASA), and Greg Biffle (NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series) for the title.
