Jim Dunn Racing’s Grime Boss Funny Car will make its 2014 debut at the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville. The team will roll out the Nitro Funny Car’s new artwork featuring the NHRA’s Official Heavy Duty Wipes. The team and driver Jeff Arend competed at the Winternationals with Mooneyes livery and in Phoenix with backing from USD.
Showcased with Grime Boss are several Jim Dunn Racing and NHRA Official Sponsors including, Lucas Oil, E3 Spark Plugs, Lincoln Technical Institute, Sioux City Truck and Trailer, Kymco and Racing Electronics.
“We’re looking for some racing luck to go rounds this Sunday in Gainesville,” said Jim Dunn Racing team manager Jon Dunn. “Although we went out first round in Phoenix, Jeff and the team did a great job, running thefifth quickest elapsed time in that round, and our best run of the weekend.”
Arend, will be meeting fans and signing autographs on Saturday at 10:30 inside the Top Eliminator Club.
