John Force's victory at the Prestone Route 66 Nationals was his 86th on the NHRA Winston Drag Racing Series, breaking the tie he had held since his win at the Castrol Nationals with Pro Stock legend Bob Glidden's for NHRA's all-time leading NHRA win total.

The win also moves Force one step closer to tying another record -- a 10th NHRA Winston Championship. Glidden, who dominated NHRA Pro Stock racing from the early 1970s to the mid-'90s, also has 10 Winston titles.
