Hi everyone from Las Vegas (still!). I am here for the week attending the SEMA show, but wanted to take a moment to update everyone on the progress of our new grandson. Ryan is doing great! He came home from the hospital last Thursday and other than a few hours of lost sleep, Mom, Dad and baby are doing just fine. Jamie sends us a picture of him every day and I can see him changing and growing with every picture. It has been such an exciting time and I can’t wait to get home and finally be able to spend some time with him.

However, before I go home I have to first complete the last race of our 2008 season – Pomona, Calif. We will leave next week and drive to Pomona after doing a couple of promos for Wiley X. We will visit Nellis AFB here in Vegas on Monday morning and then stop at Fort Irwin, Calif., on Tuesday morning. We will have our GXP Sunglass Machine on display and will be signing autographs for all of the employees, troops and their families. It should be a lot of fun for everyone – especially me!

Well, sorry this is so short but I have to get moving and get over to the Convention Center. There are lots of booths to visit and people to see and only three days to get everything done. I am hoping to catch up with some of my old friends from the auto parts business as well as check out some of the awesome new products that will be available to the automotive industry next year.

I have included a couple of my favorite pictures of Ryan as well as a picture of the awesome NHRA autograph session that we did last week on Fremont Street. As you can see, drag racing fans are in abundance at the Strip! Gotta run!
