Well, if you all have been keeping up with our blogs here recently you know about the love us Smiths have for paintball. Well let me just say that the love is still going strong…

We have recruited many new members to our paintball team on the weekends. We work our butts off at the shop all week and then on weekends we have decided to try and relax and have fun, at least for a little bit until race season kicks off.

Dad and I have been working nonstop for the last few weeks on getting things finalized for 2008. Between coming up with new paint schemes and trying to find some more help, we have not really had much time to enjoy life.

My little boy, Tristan had his finger operated on last week so he was out off commission for a few days but you better bet that when it came time for paintball two days later he was there. Heck, he even got hit right in his finger and was a trooper till the end. He is definitely a Smith.

Anyway, so once again this past weekend we took some time off and played paintball. With all the stressful things going on in not only our world, but the world in general it is kind cool to just let it all go on the field.

We had a blast! We were climbing trees and running all over the place. At one point half of us were sweating like crazy. It looked like we had just gotten out of the pool. It was so funny. Anyway, hope everyone’s New Year is going well and I hope to write back in soon with some news about 2008.
