Three servings

Get ready for an incredible unique flavor. I have to tell you that I love fruit, cheese, and vinegar together. Keep reading! I know that it sounds like a weird mix, but you have to try this one. This recipe is one that you can make in a matter of a few minutes.

Ingredients
3 fresh, cleaned strawberries (stem removed)
1 tablespoon Boursin cheese
1.5 teaspoon balsamic vinegar (I used Acetaia Malpighi Saporoso of Modena; it is a little sweet)

Procedure
Slice each strawberry into three pieces.
Spread the Boursin evenly between the slices and put the strawberry slices back in order.
I skewered my stuffed strawberries to keep them together and because I think it makes a nice presentation.

The stuffed strawberries are a great addition to a fruit and cheese plate. On my fruit and cheese plate, I have added sliced plums, fresh blackberries, cashews, smoked almonds, and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Enjoy!
