Four servings

This is a very refreshing recipe. It is a great addition to your lunch or dinner on a hot day.

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries
6 ounces heavy cream
3 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
1 cup champagne (your favorite; I used Moët & Chandon White Star)

Procedure
Keep it simple!
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and puree.
Chill. (If it separates when it is being chilled, just mix it back together with a whisk.)

Enjoy!
