Can you say HOT? I can: St. Louis!
The first time that I was in St. Louis at a race, I was amazed at how hot it got in the pit. I remember that the tent poles got too hot to touch. I don’t think that it will be that hot there this year, but just in case, here is a great recipe for hot days.

Ingredients
8 ounces fresh, chilled pineapple
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces cored, peeled, chilled Granny Smith apple
2 ounces cored, peeled, chilled Bartlett pear
3 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
1.5 ounces Lakewood Pure Pomegranate juice
1.5 ounces Knudsen Just Blueberry juice
5 tablespoons Country Time Lemonade powder
6 ounces Orange POWERade
4 ounces fresh banana
1 pound crushed ice

Procedure
Place all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Note: You may want to do this in two batches depending on the size of your blender.

Enjoy!
