SpongeTech Delivery Systems Inc., "America's Cleaning Company," has partnered with Mike Ashley Racing and the Matco Tools Top Fuel team, with driver and current points leader Antron Brown. The Matco Tools dragster will sport the SpongeTech logo beginning at the 3rd annual Summit Racing Equipment Nationals in Norwalk.

"We at SpongeTech are very excited to get involved with Mike Ashley Racing and the NHRA," SpongeTech's COO, Steven Moskowitz, said. "We feel our product and the NHRA demographics are very complementary to each other. Our marketing focus is such that we want to reach the do-it-yourself car-care product user, and we feel this is a perfect fit. We are looking forward to seeing the SpongeTech logo in high-speed action on Antron Brown's dragster and capitalizing on his performance."

SpongeTech's sponges are specially configured with an outer contact layer and an inner matrix, the latter of which comes preloaded with specially formulated soaps and wax that are released when the sponge is soaked and applied to a surface with minimal pressure. The current SpongeTech product line is designed for car, pet, child, and home care.

"SpongeTech is a fantastic product that fits in perfectly with the NHRA demographic," Ashley said. "NHRA fans are hands-on people, and fans that clean their own vehicles will love the product. Like our race team, SpongeTech is a company that is growing very quickly, and they have taken an aggressive marketing approach; it's a great fit for our racing culture. If you watch ESPN or Major League Baseball games, you've seen SpongeTech a lot lately, and our goal is to help the SpongeTech's product line continue to grow."
