Just to catch you up on what has been going on the past week. I have been doing lots of work trying to find a sponsor for the 2009 race season. It’s a tough time to be looking but we have had some good meetings and I wouldn’t doubt that we will have some good news on the sponsor hunt real soon.

Other than that I have been staying real busy at Doug Herbert Performance. We just sent out a holiday sale flyer with some great gift ideas for all our drag racing friends. Go to our website to get some great gift ideas for the hot rodder in your family.

On Thanksgiving Jessie, Ginger and I went over to have Thanksgiving with my sister in Fayetteville. Jessie was excited to see her little cousin Andrew and we had a great time! Although everyone ate way too much turkey we still managed to get together after dinner for a little bowling.

Jessie also decided that she wanted to take another horse riding lesson so the day after Thanksgiving we went to a local horse farm and gave her the chance. I think I enjoyed watching her as much as she enjoyed it. We have also managed to catch a few fish on Lake Norman, right in our own back yard Jessie brought in a big Catfish!

Other than that one of the most popular things I have been doing with Jessie is playing Monopoly, she is quite a Monopoly Baron!
