Hi everyone!
We are coming off our second test session at West Palm Beach and, man, what a great week -- the weather was great and the cars were fast.
I am so proud of this BrakeSafe team! They did such a great job this weekend -- every service got quicker and quicker and they never left a nut unturned. We are really coming together as a team I can't wait to see how smooth things will go later on in the season.
Everyone in the DSR camp has been great to offer up some pointers, some of the stuff has really opened my eyes to ways I can do things different. You can always learn something new every day over here.
This BrakeSafe hot rod is really set up the right way. Everything fits like a glove and Tommy and the guys did a great job putting it together.
I'm starting to feel more comfortable in the car every lap we make and I can see great out of these Dodge bodies. I'm just trying to keep a steady hand when I am driving and stay relaxed, but sometimes it’s hard when that thing starts walking and bouncing off the ground. I get chill bumps thinking about it -- I really love my job!
Phoenix will be another great session, and the Winternationals is right around the corner – please come by and see me at the track – you know where I’ll be!
