Hey everyone, it's been a crazy weekend around here so I'm going to just start rambling on...
First off there were quite a few entries for our last contest (see below.)
Once again we received two correct entries at the exact same time so again I declare it a tie and both winners will receive duplicate prizes, a Bobby G Tradicion Azul Tequila T-Shirt.
The correct answer is, contrary to popular belief, is that I elected skip the drags and go to the wedding. Bill Arpine typed at me and said: "Hey Bob,you lucky dog! We might need some clarification on your excuse for not going to the drags. Is that "ONE" of your girlfriends or one your "GIRLFRIENDS" best friends that is getting married? Be careful dude!
Thanks Bill...My girlfriend Maria's bestest friend got married Sunday and I had to go to keep her happy and I'm glad I did.
Another reader Carol Schultz sent me this email: The suit, of course, or you will be short on LOVIN' for awhile!!!
Correctamundo Carol and both you and Bill should send me your address and what size shirt you want.
Anyway we had a good time at the wedding, the photographer there took a couple of shots of us and I'll put one up here soon showing a very rare photo of Double B in a shirt and tie (for a while at least.)
In other news, regarding the "Black Monday" comment. The team was on their way back home from a race in Maryland yesterday when about 160 miles from home the Kenworth's water pump took a dump. The good news is that they were only a few miles from a weigh station and using all the water they had in the trailer managed to limp it into the chicken coop where they called a wrecker.
The bad news is that we're looking at another monster towing charge. They towed the entire rig to Blacksburg, dropped off the trailer, unhooked the Kenworth and towed it to the world famous "Fuel Boy's" truck repair shop in nearby Greenville, S.C. to get repaired.
In case you don't know who "Fuel Boy" is, he's worked for the Worshams for a long time and he's going to help us out here, thanks dude...
Stupid Joke: I told this a few times at the wedding and a lot of people enjoyed it and I just thought I should pass it along here: I went to a wedding over the weekend; two antennas got married. The service at the church sucked but they had great reception.
Type at you L8R...BB
