Besides racing at one of the nation's newest state-of-the-art facilities, racers competing in the NHRA Cajun SPORTSNationals April 23-25 at No Problem Raceway Park in Belle Rose, will find themselves in the heart of Cajun country.

The track is just one hour from New Orleans and five minutes from the bayous, antebellum plantation homes, Cajun food, and culture that make this area so unique.

If you want to "hit the town" after the racing is over each day, you have plenty of choices to choose from. New Orleans' Bourbon Street, the Super Dome, and the French Quarter are all just an hour away.

If you want to try your luck at gaming, casinos are around in every direction. The track is also 45 minutes from Baton Rouge with its riverfront area featuring museums, an atrium and casino boats, and restaurants.
