Based on information gathered at Memphis and Indianapolis concerning ERC DLX race fuel, the follow decision has been levied by the NHRA Technical Department.

Effective immediately, ERC DLX fuel has been suspended from the fuel acceptance list. This suspension will remain in place until either the vendor provides NHRA another sample so it can be re-evaluated and a baseline determined, or the fuel a competitor presents to the NHRA Fuel Check trailer matches the baseline fuel sample that ERC submitted to the NHRA Technical Department prior to the start of the 2004 season.
