NHRA Tech releases clarification on accepted carbs

03/23/2004

The NHRA technical department has issued a clarification on accepted carburetors for NHRA competition: Any more other than the factory produced circuits (e.g., third-circuit-design carburetors) will not be accepted in NHRA competition.

This rule is effective immediately and affects carburetors in Comp and Super Stock Modified classes. Pictured are two examples of carburetors that are not accepted.
