The Lucas Oil/Joe Amato Racing team driven by Morgan Lucas will transform its Top Fueler to a "In Loving Memory of Darrell Russell" paint scheme for the remainder of the Auto Club of Southern California NHRA Finals in tribute to their former driver, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a racing accident earlier this year in St. Louis.

Wayne Dupuy, crew chief for the Amato team, will re-skin the Lucas Oil dragster Friday night in time to commemorate the Darrell Russell auction being held at the NHRA Hospitality area at 6:30 p.m. PST on Saturday.
