Parks, Compton headline NHRA events Wednesday at SEMA Show

11/01/2004

NHRA founder Wally Parks and NHRA President Tom Compton will discuss NHRA's rise to becoming one of the most exciting and entertaining motorsports attractions in the country and will field questions from the media Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 1:10 p.m. during the SEMA Show in Las Vegas Convention Center Media Center (press conference room S223).

Earlier that morning, Parks will talk about NHRA's past, present and future during a special NHRA Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. in Pavilions 10 and 11 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Joining Parks will be legendary NHRA drag racers John Force and Don "The Snake" Prudhomme.

Tickets for the NHRA Breakfast are free for all SEMA Show attendees and can be requested through SEMA at www.semashow.com in the Seminars & Special Events section of the Web site.
