Brown gets a big jump off the line and pulls away all the way through the run. He will have lane choice over Hines in round two. (W) Fred Collis (G2 Star Racing Suzuki) 0.032 7.274 183.49 (L) Mike Berry (MB Precision Suzuki) 0.032 7.295 183.34 They come off the line together, then Collis starts pulling away. Berry starts making up ground at the 1000-foot mark, but Collis holds him off for the win. Collis gets the hole-shot and hangs on to the lead for the first half of the run. Gann then drives around and pulls away for the win.
