Team reports are submitted to NHRA.com by the team's media representatives on a voluntary basis. No favoritism is implied by a racer's appearance or omission. Team representatives from Top Fuel through the Pro Stock Motorcycle categories who wish to have their team's reports placed online must submit them by e-mail to Phil Burgess.

Pre-race reports should be submitted before the beginning of the event that the racer is attending; daily reports during the event must be e-mailed the same night. NHRA.com reserves the right to refuse publication of any report due to style or content conflicts or late submission. No report will be considered for publication more than two days past the event's completion. Reports must adhere to the rules outlined in the Associated Press Stylebook.
