The NHRA Technical department is issuing a reminder to all Top Fuel and Funny Car teams that SFI Spec 15.3, the new rear-drive wheel specification, goes into effect Jan. 1, 2003.

The tech department is encouraging each team to contact its respective wheel manufacturer to be certain that its current wheels are in compliance for the 2003 season.
