Last chance for the Pro Stock racers not yet qualified. Notable is Warren Johnson with 303 consecutive races where he has qualified. Ron Krisher is next with a significantly lower number at 63 (He not likely to be bumped today). Johnson's last DNQ was at the 1987 Gator Nationals. The conditions are not as good as this morning, but there is a lot more rubber on the track on the top end. A lot of the PS Bikes ran as well or better in their session just completed, so it's far from over.

Both cars improve on their prior numbers, but won't make the show.
Left Lane: Tom Hammonds Runs 7.256/155.60, Now #30
Best prior run: 7.275/151.92, Was #30

It's crunch time in the left lane. ... and the party is over! Johnson just doesn't have a chance, with poor 60 foot times and a loose race car on the top end.
W Joh: 60ft-1.660 sec., 330ft-3.502, 660ft-5.035/160.63mph, 1,000ft-6.354
