NHRA Now previews Bristol, Father's Day; remembers Mitchell

NHRA Now is a weekly Web series that gives fans an inside look at the lives of the drivers and teams of the NHRA and keeps everyone up to date on the latest happenings on and off the track, all season long. NHRA Now also is shared on NHRA's Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages each week.

In this week’s edition, host Alex Baca previews the Ford NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals presented by Tri-Cities Area Ford Dealers. The event falls on Father’s Day weekend, so she checks in with some NHRA father-son duos. She also talks about the late John Mitchell and his contributions to the NHRA as well as reminds fans to enter the Show Off Your NHRA Nitro Gene video contest.
