John Force Racing Road Show rolls into Houston-area Walmarts

The John Force Racing Road Show will be on display beginning April 20 at five Walmarts around the greater Houston area in advance of the 25th annual O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Spring Nationals presented by Super Start Batteries, promoting both the winningest team in motorsports history, the Castrol Funny Cars of JFR, and the fastest motorsport on the planet, NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing.

In partnership with Castrol and Walmart, five JFR Funny Cars will be on display for fans to enjoy. The race cars will be positioned inside the Walmarts in Baytown, La Porte, Houston, and Pasadena April 20-22.

“Last year, we received tremendous response from a similar program in Denver in advance of the NHRA national event. We have expanded the program to 12 markets across the country and so far, we have displayed in Gainesville and Charlotte with great success. Fans love coming into the Walmarts and seeing their favorite John Force Castrol GTX Funny Car or maybe seeing the Funny Cars driven by Ashley Force Hood, Robert Hight, Mike Neff, or rookie sensation Courtney Force,” said Lori Anne Gola, Castrol Sports Marketing, Sponsor Relations, and Promotions.
