Hagan scheduled for Seattle Full Throttle appearance

Defending NHRA Full Throttle Funny Car champion Matt Hagan, hot off of a final-round appearance last Sunday in Sonoma, will head into this week’s O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Northwest Nationals presented by Super Start Batteries with winning on his mind as well as a pre-race meet and greet with fans on his agenda.

The day before the 25th annual race gets under way at Pacific Raceways, Hagan will spend time with fans during an appearance on behalf of NHRA title sponsor Full Throttle Energy Drink. The driver of the Aaron’s Dream Machine/Mopar Dodge Charger R/T Funny Car for Don Schumacher Racing will sign autographs and greet fans from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday at the Walmart at 762 Supermall Way SW in nearby Auburn, Wash.

“I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at Walmart on Thursday,” said Hagan. “And we’re also going to do our best to win the race this weekend as a way of saying thank you for your support!”

Fans attending this weekend’s O’Reilly Auto Parts NHRA Northwest Nationals presented by Super Start Batteries are encouraged to stop by the Full Throttle Energy Drink display near the entrance to Nitro Alley for the ultimate race-day experience.
